Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the NGAS Law Department. This on-site role offers broad exposure across corporate matters and collaboration with attorneys and staff across divisions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of paralegal experience or equivalent education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Location options include Melbourne, FL; Redondo Beach, CA; or San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years paralegal or equivalent experience or education
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in corporate/government contracting context
• Strong written and verbal communication; handle confidential information
• Detail-oriented with solid organization and project management
• Proficient in document and transaction management
• Familiar with corporate entity structures (charters/bylaws)

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on Federal government contracting
• Serve as contact for service of process and subpoenas coordination
• Review basic legal documents (teaming, consulting, NDAs)
• Assist with ethics and conflict of interest reviews
• Prepare routine correspondence
• Support sector attorneys on enterprise-wide projects
• Interact with non-Law Department staff to support the legal team
• Maintain Law Department databases and electronic resources
• Assist with in-house training on NDAs and terms
• Coordinate ePROCS reviews with attorneys
• Perform other duties as assigned
