Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the NGAS Law Department across corporate and transactional matters, reporting to the Corporate Director, Division Counsel for Air Dominance.

The role is full-time, on-site at Melbourne, FL; Redondo Beach, CA; or San Diego, CA, with opportunities to work with attorneys and staff across divisions on NDA terms, teaming agreements, and compliance reviews, while upholding high ethics and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of paralegal experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and in-house corporate experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to federal government contracting and assist with projects.
• Serve as contact for service of process and subpoenas coordination.
• Review basic legal documents (teaming, consulting, NDAs).
• Support ethics and conflicts of interest reviews for attorneys.
• Prepare routine correspondence and maintain department databases.
