Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the NGAS Law Department. The paralegal will report to the Corporate Director, Division Counsel for Air Dominance Division and work with attorneys and staff across the sector.

The position is full-time and on-site, located in Melbourne, FL, with potential flexibility to other NG locations for the right candidate. Responsibilities include legal research, handling service of process, and reviewing key agreements.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with relevant paralegal experience or equivalent education.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research related to Federal government contracting.
  • Serve as point of contact for service of process and subpoenas.
  • Review basic legal documents (teaming, consulting, NDAs).
  • Support attorneys with ethics and conflict of interest reviews.
  • Prepare routine correspondence and assist with training.
  • Maintain Law Department databases and electronic resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the sector.
