The role requires following admission checklists, gathering insurance and medical data, inputting records into the CRM/EHR, and coordinating with the business office to finalize agreements, while maintaining clear family communication. On-site hours are Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with CRM systems and medical admissions workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the admission checklist to ensure all steps are completed.
• Input caller information into CRM and gather referral data.
• Verify insurance information and initiate the verification process.
• Educate families on levels of care and medical necessity.
• Coordinate with business office to complete Single Case Agreements (SCA) when needed.
• Generate EHR records and ensure accurate notes in CRM and EHR.
