Job summary

Infinity Home Services is seeking a Shared Accounts Payable Specialist to accurately process vendor invoices and payments across multiple locations. You will work closely with the AP Manager to improve processes and ensure compliance with controls.

The role is high-volume and detail oriented, requiring strong organizational skills, data entry accuracy, and excellent communication with internal teams and vendors. This is an on-site position at our Brookfield corporate headquarters in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong data entry and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, code, and process vendor invoices in Acumatica.
• Route invoices for approval using the AP workflow tool.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end accruals.
