Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system, verify approvals, and match PO/invoice.
• Payment Administration: Prepare weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks) and ensure timely payments per terms.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, collect W-9s, respond to inquiries, assist with 1099s.
• Reconciliations and Reporting: Reconcile AP subledger to GL and prepare aging reports; support month-end close.
• Internal Controls and Compliance: Adhere to purchasing policies, maintain records, assist audits, drive process improvements.
