Responsibilities

• Receive and verify expense reports and reconcile with balances.
• Facilitate vendor payments and review POs for discrepancies.
• Identify discount opportunities and issue amendments or stop payments as needed.
• Reconcile statements and assist with accounting records.
• Record petty cash transactions and prepare sales tax reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
