Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking an Associate, Accounts Payable for its Buffalo, NY headquarters. This on-site, full-time role handles invoice validation, approvals, and data entry in SAP and Concur, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues. A Bachelor’s in business administration and 0–2 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
Zero to two years of Accounts Payable or other finance-related experience required.
Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn financial systems (SAP, Concur).
Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

Verify the validity of invoices received.
Ensure proper approvals are obtained prior to payment.
Enter invoices in SAP and Concur for payment with correct cost center and GL coding.
Research vendor inquiries and resolve outstanding payments.
Interface with other departments on invoice resolutions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
