Qualifications

• Requires 2-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with Concur and SAP.
• Strong Excel (Pivot Tables, V-LOOKUP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries for AP transactions.
• Perform monthly AP reconciliations and submit via Blackline.
• Prepare AP aging and cash forecast reports.
• Assist month-end close with reclassifications and accrual entries.
• Resolve vendor invoices and manage payment processes.
• Coordinate with Concur to maintain invoice/expense modules.
