Holland Roofing is hiring an Accounting Assistant to join our Corporate team supporting locations across the US. This is an ON-SITE role with reporting to the Controller. The position handles cash management, ACH processing, AP, and front desk backup while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage confidential financial data professionally.
• Excellent time management and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in similar accounting roles is preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with A/P and GL interactions is a plus.
• Understanding of multi-state sales tax and P&L basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cash management with daily deposits.
• Prepare and import ACH payments; organize invoices.
• Verify ACH enrollment information and coordinate with support.
• Print and review Accounts Payable checks daily; review vendor statements.
• Provide front desk backup and receptionist support as needed.
