Responsibilities include communicating clearly, updating systems, auditing loads for on-time delivery, and guiding drivers and resources to maximize utilization and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in management, operations and leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of supply chain network and operation.
• Excellent written and communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Serve as the primary contact for a key customer and supervise ~10–13 drivers.
• Communicate with the customer and address issues while maintaining service.
• Update information in systems and ensure orders are billed correctly via EDI.
• Plan, track, and ensure on-time delivery; monitor driver performance.
• Direct drivers and resources to maximize utilization and profitability.
• Coordinate with pricing, sales and account management teams; conduct in-person meetings if needed.
• Audit load boards and adjust routes to protect service and reduce cost.
• Monitor metrics such as on-time delivery, asset utilization and revenue growth.
• Supervise two or more employees and manage performance.
