Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for night shifts at our Ohio sites. You will enforce site access, manage badges, coordinate parking, and document visitors and deliveries while maintaining high safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written logs for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access-control support including troubleshooting and logs.
