Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts to ensure safe, efficient operations at client construction sites in Ohio. You will handle worker registration, badging, and credential verification, while coordinating parking, visitors, and deliveries.

Strong customer service and English communication are essential. The role requires adaptability to shift-based schedules, travel as needed, and proactive attitude to support site teams and leadership while maintaining high safety

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and Sitemetric

Responsibilities

• Register workers and manage badging; ensure credentials of all workers entering the site.
• Manage parking, visitors, and deliveries; document related activities and provide support as needed.
• Perform tech troubleshooting and other duties to support site operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and work at Sitemetric job sites; travel may be required across the United States.
