Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Utility Person for our Brookville, OH facility. This hands-on role blends industrial maintenance with facilities upkeep to ensure production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

You will work closely with the Facility Manager on cleaning, waste management, light building tasks, and inventory support. A high school diploma and 2+ years in related environments, plus forklift experience, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in facility maintenance, warehouse operations, or production support.
• Experience operating forklifts with proper safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 25+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial machine cleaning, pump out, and waste disposal per processes.
• Operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and vacuums to maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with light carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Manage production waste, chips, filters, and recycling per site standards.
• Support Facilities, Maintenance, and Production inventory needs.
• Maintain safe, clean work environments following safety procedures.
