Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas.
• Minimum 5 years of facility maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair industrial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs for equipment.
• Monitor and maintain building automation and utility systems.
