Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. seeks a Key Holder to lead daily shopper and donor experiences in Franklin, TN.

You’ll help keep the store clean, well merchandised, and ready for customers, while supporting opening, closing, and on‑shift supervision. You’ll reinforce cashier operations, assist with replenishment and display standards, coach team members, and ensure safety and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift coverage and store readiness during assigned shifts.
• Support opening and closing routines and on‑floor supervision.
• Assist with POS transactions and customer flow.
• Coach associates to deliver friendly, safe service.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising standards, and safety.
