Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in retail, production, or logistics.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer/service skills.
• Ability to learn processes, operate basic software, and coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on‑duty key holder during shifts and support opening/closing.
• Provide visible on‑floor leadership to guide associates and operations.
• Escalate complex issues to store leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain store readiness, cleanliness, and safe, friendly service.
