Job summary

Farmer Brothers in the United States is seeking a Route Sales Associate to provide route relief, ensure customers are in-stock, and deliver and rotate beverage station products on each call. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Route delivery experience a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Previous foodservice industry experience desired.
• Possess a clean and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products on each call when assigned to a route.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order; perform at least one Cup Quality Check per day.
• Escalate customer issues quickly to the ASM and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure daily scheduled deliveries and service for all customers.
• Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily on route.
• Identify opportunities to increase Revenue per Stop and support promotions and pricing actions.
• Notify ASM of inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or opportunities while on route relief.
• Assist ASM with inventory counts, warehouse duties, and customer-related tasks.
• Learn brewing equipment and basic repairs or adjustments.
• Follow Farmer Brothers call process to drive satisfaction; make sales calls when possible.
• May perform other duties including warehouse ops, AR collections, and customer service activities.
