Job summary

Farmer Brothers in Springfield, MO is seeking a Route Sales Associate to provide reliable route relief, stock and service beverage stations, and deliver Coffee, Tea, and related products. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm with overtime as needed and requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

The RSA will ensure on-route customers are in-stock, serviced as scheduled, and maintenance is performed on equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Route delivery experience a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Previous foodservice industry experience desired.
• Possess a clean and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replenish, and rotate beverage station products on each call when assigned to a route.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working order, perform a daily Cup Quality Check (CQC).
• Escalate customer issues quickly to the ASM and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all customers on a daily set schedule receive delivery and service as required.
• Manage invoices, inventory, and collections daily when on a route.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue per stop and support promotions.
