Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Lobby Experience Planner to oversee on-property experience planning, optimize spa and program bookings, and enhance guest engagement with a thoughtful sales approach.

The role emphasizes authentic guest connections, cross-department collaboration with Sales, Catering, Front Office and Accounting, and delivering personalized recommendations for an extraordinary Miraval stay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in high-end sales or hospitality.
• Proficient with GDS and reservations software (Resort Suite preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in training materials development.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Miraval guests and assist with planning.
• Review daily manifest and engage guests lacking pre-planning.
• Review itineraries and ensure services meet goals; connect on-site if needed.
• Handle reservations emails with clear communication.
• Gain firsthand knowledge of Miraval offerings to describe experiences.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on procedures.
• Manage waitlists and maximize opportunities for guests.
• Monitor spa and activity openings to suggest options aligning with guest goals.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with sales, catering, front office and accounting.
• Assist Culinary, Programs and Spa when highlighting services.
• Work on projects and meet monthly personal revenue goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
