Job summary

Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa in Tucson, AZ is seeking an On-call Guest Services Tour Guide to welcome guests, lead tours of the property, and assist with room escorts and guest care.

You will build meaningful guest relationships, stay informed about spa offerings, and coordinate with other departments to ensure memorable experiences. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to serve others and create healing experiences.
• Refined verbal and written communication with a calm, professional presence.
• Comfort standing/walking for extended periods and outdoor work in all seasons.
• Experience in hospitality or wellness customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome with Presence: greet guests upon arrival with warmth and authenticity.
• Lead with Insight: provide walking and golf cart tours of Miraval property.
• Support with Intention: escort guests to rooms and ensure comfort.
