Job summary

Miraval Arizona is seeking a Spa Supervisor to ensure the smooth daily operation of the spa. You will support the Spa Director and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

The role emphasizes leading by example, coaching staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a collaborative, guest-centric environment. Prior supervisory or spa experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the spa operation in the absence of and in partnership with Spa leadership.
• Leading the support team and service providers toward a smooth daily operation.
• Leading the spa support team through timely coaching and counseling.
• Managing guest experiences for success.
• Leading by example of efficiency, service, cleanliness and sanitation for front desk and spa staff.
• Assistance with spa retail sales and spa incentives.
• Scheduling of the support team.
• Previous supervisory or spa experience is preferred but not required.
