Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative, On-Premise to drive distribution and brand visibility within bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues in Dallas, Plano, McKinney and surrounding areas. The role focuses on acquiring new accounts and strengthening relationships for long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include engaging with decision-makers, executing brand standards, and coordinating tastings, promotions, and staff trainings to support sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues).
• Develop new account business via cold calling, referrals, and networking; grow the spirits territory.
• Coordinate tastings, staff trainings, and events to increase product knowledge and advocacy.
• Enter orders and track activity in the CRM; provide timely reporting to management.
