Job summary

Morales Beverage Group, Texas-based family-owned distributor, seeks an On-Premise Sales Representative for Dallas, Plano, McKinney and surrounding territories. You will drive distribution, build relationships with bars and restaurants, and execute activations to grow MBG’s portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Travel daily within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize routes and calls.
• Must be 21+ years old with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and volume for MBG brands in bars, restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Develop new on-premise accounts and strengthen existing relationships.
• Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Ensure proper pricing, distribution, and inventory across accounts.
• Coordinate tastings, trainings, and brand events; manage POS materials.
