Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative, On-Premise to drive distribution and growth across bars, restaurants, hotels, and venues in the local market. You will build new accounts, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

You will engage with owners, managers, and bartenders to influence menus and promotions, execute brand standards, coordinate tastings and staff trainings, and manage orders and CRM data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred).
• Strong spirits knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs.
• Strong PC application skills (MS Office, CRM).
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with on-premise accounts.
• Manage and grow spirits territory and develop new accounts.
• Meet sales goals and drive distribution and brand visibility.
• Plan routes, enter orders, track incentives, and report to management.
