Job summary

Morales Beverage Group in Dallas is seeking a Sales Representative, On-Premise, to drive distribution and brand visibility across bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. You will develop new accounts, strengthen relationships, and ensure satisfaction for long-term partnerships.

You will engage with on-premise decision-makers, execute promotions, manage CRM notes, and travel daily within the territory to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older, High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise preferred).
• Strong Spirits knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with on-premise accounts and grow territory.
• Sales Execution: Meet/exceed sales goals and present MBG portfolio using consultative selling.
• Brand Building & Activation: Execute supplier programs, secure menu listings, coordinate tastings and staff trainings.
• Reporting & Administration: Plan routes, enter orders, track incentives, and ensure compliance and timely reporting.
