Job summary

Morales Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative, On-Premise for Dallas, Plano, McKinney and surrounding territories. You will drive distribution, build relationships with bars and restaurants, and execute brand promotions to grow our spirits portfolio.

The role requires 2+ years in beverage alcohol sales (on-premise), strong product knowledge, and proven ability to meet sales targets. Travel daily within the territory is expected as part of a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older with High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience (On-Premise).
• Strong spirits knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals and executing market programs that support corporate initiatives.
• Strong PC application skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive distribution, volume growth, and brand visibility in bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues across the assigned market.
• Develop new on-premise accounts and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Engage with on-premise decision-makers to influence menu placements and purchasing decisions.
• Execute brand standards through promotions, staff education, and point-of-sale activation to support sales objectives.
• Travel daily within the assigned territory to support account needs and sales objectives.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Present and sell the MBG spirits portfolio using a consultative, solutions-based selling approach.
