Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company seeks an On Premise Sales Consultant to service restaurants and bars within a defined territory. You will manage accounts, present products, merchandise displays, and ensure unit integrity while meeting company objectives.

Requirements include a BA/BS or related experience, route sales background, strong communication, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Local candidates preferred and background checks required.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or related industry experience.
Prior route sales experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goals and results driven.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
Must pass criminal background and MVR.

Responsibilities

Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact and execute sales initiatives.
Selling: Understand products/pricing and deliver effective presentations.
Servicing: Manage accounts, inventory checks, and minimize order mistakes.
Administration: Adhere to policies and timely paperwork.
Identify and nurture new accounts and grow business.
