Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS college degree or related industry experience.
• Prior route sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package).
• Must pass criminal background and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Ensure consistent customer contact and plan & execute sales initiatives.
• Selling: Understand products and pricing, present effectively, and grow business.
• Servicing: Conduct inventory checks and minimize order mistakes; rotate products correctly.
• Administration: Follow company policies and handle paperwork timely.
