Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience developing customer and distributor relationships.
• Ability to drive results in a high-growth company.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Minimum 2 years' on-premise sales in CPG or adult beverage.
• Minimum 2 years in Distributor Management and/or Key Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage local on premise chain accounts and build distributor relationships.
• Develop and drive joint business plans to maximize volume, distribution, and share.
• Lead pricing, programming, field training and manage accounts.
• Provide outlet and state level intelligence on brand information and consumer trends.
• Communicate with local on premise chains and distributors to ensure compliance and timely execution.
