Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand On Premise sales in the Ft Myers area, including North Sarasota. The role focuses on hunting for new business, acquiring outlets, and transitioning them into the existing routing and replenishment system.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in direct sales or account management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage multi-facility accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct sales and/or account management experience.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and vehicle liability insurance.
• Clean driving record in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure new, competitive accounts using prospecting tools.
• Proactively manage territory to maximize face-to-face selling opportunities.
• Evaluate outlet opportunities, quality of placement, and, if needed, IRR analysis.
• Coordinate account setup, initial equipment and product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet bottler goals and activation initiatives.
