Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow On Premise sales in the Ft Myers area, covering North Sarasota. This salaried role requires 5+ years of direct sales experience, a valid license, and ownership of a personal vehicle for in-territory travel.

The role focuses on hunting new outlets, acquiring accounts, and coordinating with routing and replenishment teams to meet market goals. A true hunter mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in direct Sales, commission sales and/or Account Management in a large consumer goods organization.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop On Premise business through prospecting and new outlet acquisition within an assigned territory.
• Hunt for new business, acquire new outlets, set up new accounts and transition outlets to routing and replenishment structure.
• Coordinate account setup, initial equipment and product deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enable seamless transition of outlet to existing routing structure.
• Track call activity and performance against goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage key aspects of the business relationship.
