Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a field consultant in Michigan to support Market Unit operations and collaborate with Sales and Market Unit teams to drive execution and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years (or HS diploma with 6–8+ years) of related experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, and Education Reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage collaborative relationships within the Market Unit with cross functional partners from the Sales and Market Unit teams.
• Spend time in the field/trade as a field consultant to improve execution and drive productivity, including PAWs, PDRs, presentations, and contract drafts.
• Assist Market Unit with KPI reporting, sales blitz day planning, regional and local customers, large bids, and RFPs.
• Assist with current customer contract management and tracking renewals while coordinating customer support tickets to enhance the customer experience.
• Support the Market Unit and Coca-Cola Bottling System with initiatives such as the Contract repository and CST process technology enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years related experience

Position responsibilities:

• Build andleveragecollaborative relationships within the Market Unit with cross functional partners from the Sales and Market Unit teams

• Spend time in the field/trade as a field consultant to improve execution and drive productivity as well as execute administrative duties includingpricing authorizations (PAWs), pricing discrepancies (PDRs), presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contract drafts, etc.

• Assist Market Unit with reporting KPI’s, sales blitz day planning,regional and local customers, large bids, and RFPs

• Assistwith current customer contract management and tracking renewals while coordinating customer support tickets to enhance the customer’s experience

• Support the Market Unit and Coca-Cola Bottling System with various initiatives, i.e., the Contract repository, Customer Support Ticket (CST) process technology enhancements and routing, etc.

• Other duties as assigned
