Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Supervisor for field service in California. The role focuses on delivering the field service vision, developing the team, and coordinating with customers and sales to address issues from a supervisory level.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience and leadership, or a substantial combination of education and leadership experience. Strong data analysis and financial control skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED or Technical Certification with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Electrical certification or vocational certification is preferred.

• Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met
• Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team
• Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level

• Salary: $81,360 - $101,700 plus annual target bonus
