Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a Reyes Holdings company, seeks a District Sales Manager in California to lead sales priorities and manage budgets. You will oversee marketing agreements, promotions, and pricing strategies while building strong relationships with retail partners and local leaders.

The role emphasizes coaching the team, driving engagement initiatives, and delivering results in a fast-paced beverage market. Requires leadership experience and the ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• The District Sales Manager executes all sales priorities and initiatives including managing budgets and profit & loss statements.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing agreements, ensure calendar promotions, and execute channel, packaging, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts by interacting with retail store level and local chain leaders and providing feedback to sales leadership on market conditions and competition.
• Foster a culture of learning by coaching team members with execution of engagement initiatives to build a strong team.
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $78,192 - $97,740 plus quarterly incentive

Position Responsibilities:

• The District Sales Manager executes all sales priorities and initiatives including managing budgets and profit & loss statements
• As a District Sales Manager, you'll oversee the implementation of marketing agreements, ensure compliance with calendar promotions, and execute all channel, packaging, and pricing strategies effectively.
• You will develop and maintain relationships with accounts by continuing consistent interactions with retail store level and local chain leaders as well as providing a feedback loop to the sales leadership team on market conditions and competition
• You will foster a culture of learning by coaching team members with execution of all engagement initiatives to build a strong team
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
