Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Niles, IL seeks a skilled maintenance professional to drive cross-functional projects, provide hands-on support, and push for sustained performance improvements in the plant. The role emphasizes reducing downtime and aligning with company goals.

You will lead preventive and predictive maintenance, ensure GMP compliance and safety, and manage CMMS for planning and work orders while interpreting blueprints and P&ID for effective site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience in manufacturing or maintenance.
• Alternate: High School diploma with 6+ years of specific experience in maintenance.
• Certification in electrical trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve the plant’s issues.
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis.
• Ensure equipment uptime and GMP compliance and safety standards.
• Manage CMMS for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and P&ID.

• Salary: $77,760 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives and provide hands‑on technical support to resolve the manufacturing plant’s issues
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree
