Job summary

N.K.S. Distributors, a leading beverage distributor in Delaware, is seeking an On-Premise Sales Representative to own a defined territory.

You will build strong retail account relationships, drive sales, promote events, and ensure new products gain distribution with AB-InBev brands and partner products. You will schedule tastings, manage promotions, and provide excellent customer service while following company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Able to work nights and weekends, as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Must qualify for Salesperson Transportation Permit.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per company policy.
• 2+ years beverage or consumer products sales experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sell-in brands to retailers, drive volume, and increase distribution.
• Schedule, promote, and attend samplings, tastings, and events.
• Build and maintain account relationships and provide quality service.
• Maintain product knowledge and pricing; ensure compliance with standards.
• Process orders using company systems and ensure timely delivery.
• Attend sales and team meetings as scheduled.
• Protect company image and adhere to policies.
