Job summary

N.K.S. Distributors is seeking an On-Premise Sales Representative to own selling and promoting our Company brands within a defined territory in Delaware.

You will build relationships with retail accounts, drive sales growth, increase product distribution, and ensure our products are top of mind for retailers and consumers. The role involves regular store calls, events, and promotions, along with excellent customer service and strict adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Able to work nights and weekends, as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation.
• Proficient with common computer applications.
• Must qualify for Salesperson Transportation Permit.

Responsibilities

• Sell-in brands/packages to retailers and drive distribution.
• Establish regular call frequency with retail accounts.
• Attend events: samplings, tastings, dinners and trainings.
• Provide quality customer service and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Organize promotions and POS materials in accounts.
• Maintain accurate route cards and timely orders in M360.
• Follow supplier and company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet targets.
