Qualifications

• Five+ years in a related role.
• West Virginia Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Experience managing high-volume kitchens with fast ticket times.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain food quality and margins.
• Lead up to 30 kitchen staff; recruit, hire, train, and develop.
• Manage costs, control waste, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef on menus and promotions.
• Foster teamwork and safe work environment.
