Anduril Industries is seeking an on-site Manufacturing/Engineering professional to serve as the first line of defense on the Imaging production floor. You will quickly diagnose and resolve in-line production issues, drive down downtime, and sustain assembly, integration, and test of electromechanical and optomechanical systems.

You will own downtime triage, coordinate across engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain, and manage ERP/MES data for accurate production tracking.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical field such as mechanical, electrical, systems, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting an active production line.
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, and assembling electromechanical hardware in a live production environment.
• Experience using MES and ERP platforms to track yields, routing, and inventory.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Embed on the production floor to diagnose and resolve in-line production issues.
• Triage, drive, and close downtime and non-conformance issues with cross-functional teams.
• Handle digital line operations in ERP and MES for accurate production tracking.
• Perform rapid debugging and root-cause analysis on hardware and processes.
• Collaborate with technicians to capture friction points and drive improvements.
• Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and rework procedures.
• Analyze line data to drive yield, throughput, and first-pass quality improvements.
