Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to act as the bridge between production operations and digital manufacturing systems (PLM/ERP/MES). You will own intake, evaluation, debugging, escalation, and tracking of reported incidents affecting manufacturing engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities include monitoring incidents, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with software teams to drive comprehensive solutions and SOPs for new feature workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, deployment, or system maintenance roles.
• Hands-on expertise debugging enterprise systems including MES, ERP, PLM.
• Proven ability to multitask competing support demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of basic manufacturing concepts and how they relate to software tools and data objects.
• History of collaborative engagement with software engineers.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the bridge between production operations and digital manufacturing systems; identify and resolve software issues affecting production.
• Monitor intake of reported software problems across multiple manufacturing platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis by observing production processes and system interactions.
• Evaluate urgency, impact and scope of incidents based on production constraints.
• Escalate to engineering support and provide operational context to developers.
