Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1-3 years of experience. Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products.
• Anticipates athlete needs; drives sales through product and services recommendations and understanding athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area.
• Serves as go-to expert in designated process categories to ensure smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains efficient process execution with an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty, private label credit card, etc.).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect.
• Follows policies related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, including external laws and guidelines.
