DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Off Field Operations to support critical store processes and keep the floor athlete-ready. You will engage shoppers, share product knowledge, and ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and merchandising to deliver an outstanding experience.

You will work with teammates to onboard new staff, uphold safety and loss prevention standards, and execute company programs that drive customer loyalty and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject-matter expert.
