Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert, focusing on best practices and key operational processes.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engaged as they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranties, private label credit card enrollment).
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and treated with respect, adhering to policies and safety procedures.
