Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Front Office or Rooms Operations within luxury hospitality.
• Ability to make independent decisions during overnight hours.
• Strong guest relations skills and calmness under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with night audit procedures and PMS.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all overnight resort operations and act as Manager on Duty.
• Lead Night Audit and Front Office teams with accurate reporting.
• Respond to guest requests and service recovery opportunities.
• Coordinate overnight activities across Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security.
• Review arrivals, departures, VIP reservations for the following day.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming overnight environment.
