Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire Concierge team to deliver intuitive, personalized service.
• Curate exceptional itineraries, reservations, and bespoke experiences for guests.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, wineries, restaurants, transportation providers, and experience operators.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist VIPs and special occasion travelers.
• Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests.
• Drive service excellence through training, quality assurance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
