Job summary

Courtyard Miami Dadeland is seeking a Manager on Duty to lead hotel operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and safety. You will maintain presence in public areas, support Front Desk during peaks, and partner with departments to resolve guest concerns promptly.

The role requires at least two years of managerial experience in Front Desk or At Your Service, with strong communication and PMS/MARSHA knowledge. Fluency in English is essential, and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least two years of managerial experience in Front Desk or At Your Service operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of PMS and MARSHA.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the hotel’s Manager on Duty and leads hotel operations to ensure hospitality, service, safety, and consistency.
• Represents hotel management in resolving guest- and hotel-related situations and directs lobby activity.
• Supports Front Desk and guest services during peak periods and ensures VIP/Elite guests receive personalized experiences.
• Works with all departments to address concerns quickly and effectively.
