Qualifications

• College degree in Hotel Administration or Culinary program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations ensuring timely and courteous service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, wine list, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Forecast labor and control department costs; prepare weekly schedules and reports.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling; ensure accurate closing of checks.
• Ensure guest relations and safety standards are met at all times.
