The Manager on Duty at YMCA of Greater San Francisco will lead staff during shifts, ensure safety and a high-quality member experience, and promote the organization's core values. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be available Tuesday - Saturday.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Availability: Tue-Fri 5:15am-1:45pm; Sat 6:45am-3:15pm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty during scheduled shifts.
• Communicate with staff to ensure facility and process updates.
• Coach and mentor Member Services staff.
• Lead tours for prospective members.
• Promote membership programs and member engagement.
