Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service and store operations. This role offers a flexible schedule with shifts posted by leaders, and requires reliable attendance and participation in brief orientation and training. You will assist guests, manage transactions, and help maintain store standards.

As an On-Demand TM, you select shifts via the myTime app and commit to fulfilling shifts to support our store team during peak times and overall business needs.

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience.

• Actively support team efforts and assist peers as needed.
• Deliver service across Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest experience.
• Maintain clean work areas and stock supplies during store hours.
• Follow safety policies and be adaptable to business needs.
